Description

We are a looking for an extremely talented, motivated and committed applicant to fill our Office Manager Position in our Multi-Line Showroom in the New Mart Building. 

Position would include duties such as:

*Data entry and record keeping for all accounts and commissions 
*Responding to all special requests, questions and concerns from accounts
*Managing Interns on Daily Responsibilities and Tasks
*Managing returns and cancellations from stores
*Coordinating trunk shows, account special events and sales incentive programs
*Managing and updating weekly and monthly sales reports as needed
*Maintaining master files of product orders, order cancellations and return to vendor requests 
*Partnering with showroom owners on group projects and goals
*Conceptualizing ideas and writing marketing items for our consumer emails

 Qualifications:
-A strong interest in fashion, sales and marketing
-Confident, Committed, Outgoing, and Friendly
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-A go-getter who's self motivated and organized
