Description	Jones Apparel Group is currently looking for a Print/Graphic Designer. This position will create and execute prints and placed graphics based on seasonal direction for private label Missy brands. The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Create, manipulate, recolor all prints, placed graphics Execute artwork layouts, repeats and colorways Collaborate in researching current print/pattern trends and communicating these findings to the design team Develop artwork and colorways to be factory ready, i.e. putting into specific repeat sizes and working with color limitations Creates mini-board CADS for presentations and market. Communicate with manufacturers on print execution, approve strike offs for print and pattern Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple tasks and projects, and complete them within deadlines Research, develop and present own print ideas for print and pattern Strong sense of color and design
